We have more than fifteen years of experience in successfully defending personal injury claims, and practice regularly before the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals and the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. Our practice further includes assisting clients in evaluating and minimizing potential claims related to defective product allegations.
We also have significant and varied experience in administrative agency proceedings, regularly appearing before the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO) -among other agencies- where a great number of local warranty-related controversies are handled. The firm’s administrative practice includes the judicial review and defense of administrative proceedings before the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals and the Puerto Rico Supreme Court.
